MANUTEC DISCS
Manutec has a range of discs available to suit its trash coulter and disc opener products. In addition Manutec manufactures a range of OEM discs to suit a range of cultivators, single disc openers and double disc openers. Manutec also manufactures coulter cheeks and trash wheels. Manutec can prototype and manufacture new discs to order to meet special requirements. The pdf below has a selection of Manutec Coulter and Cultivator Discs and some other parts. TRASH COULTER DISCS
Manutec has a range of trash coulter discs available in 16”, 18” and 20” diameters. All Manutec coulter discs have a 5 stud HT pattern and will suit either standard cast HT hubs or the Manutec slimline HT coulter hub. Manutec’s range includes plain double bevel discs, wavey discs with varying number of waves, fluted discs and also X-wave discs. Each disc is designed to operate differently in different soil and trash types. The full range of trash coulter discs is in the Coulter Disc Crochure link above. If the disc you want is not there, please call as we have access to a large range of discs and can also make to order for larger quantities.

OPENER AND CULTIVATOR DISCS
Manutec also has a range of disc opener and cultivator discs available in 15”, 18”, 20”,22” and 24” diameters. The discs have a range of centre patterns including 4 stud, 5 stud and 6 stud. Discs are single bevel and are available in plain and scalloped patterns and in both flat and dish shapes. The current Manutec range is in the attached pdf brochure above. If there are particular discs that you require please let us know as we also have access to a large range of other discs and can also make to order for larger quantities.
